INSTRUCTIONS:

To Download and install the "Desktop Financial Portal" Click the link and save this file to your "My Documents" folder.

Then, go to the file on your computer and "Double Click" to install the software.

After you have done that, there will be an Icon on your desktop for "The Market Toolbox".

Double Click the Icon to open the software.
